It’s a well-planned 13-day tour that not only lets you experience the Golden Triangle, the most popular circuit tour, but also gives you the opportunity to explore some of the amazing destinations in India. It’s mostly planned considering the overall experience of the country’s rich architecture, its different styles of temples, and Madhya Pradesh’s wildlife. In this tour, we are going to cover Delhi, the capital of India; Agra, the city of the Taj Mahal; Jaipur for a glimpse of Rajasthani culture; Orcha, a hidden gem; Khajuraho for its exquisite temples; Chitrakoot, a small religious town; and, of course, the oldest city in the world, Varanasi. Detailed Tour Itinerary

Day1: Delhi Arrival

On arrival at International Airport Delhi, our representative will receive you at the respective terminal exit gate and assist you with your smooth transfer to your pre-booked hotel. Evenings are free for leisure. Overnight stay in hotel

Day 2: Delhi Sightseeing

On the second day of the tour, prepare yourself for the full-day sightseeing of Old and New Delhi. Our driver will pick you up from the hotel for the whole day’s private tour. Here you will visit Red Fort and Jama Masjid, enjoy your rickshaw ride through the famous market of Chandni Chowk, and later on visit India Gate. Post-lunch, head over to explore the beautiful monuments of New Delhi like Qutub Minar, Parliament House, Rajghat, and Lotus Temple.

Later, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day3: Delhi-Jaipur

After breakfast, get ready to reach our next destination, Jaipur. Capital of Royal Rajasthan, well known as Pink City.On reaching Jaipur, check into your hotel and relax.

Day4: Jaipur Sightseeing

After breakfast, our driver will pick you up from the hotel and proceed for the full day of local sightseeing in Jaipur, like Amer Fort in the morning, City Palace Jaipur, the beautiful Hawa Mahal, and the Albert Hall museum.

Day5: Jaipur-Agra via Fatepur Sikri

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and proceed to the city of Agra. En route, visit Fatehpur Sikri, once the capital of Akbar. On reaching Agra, check into the hotel and, after some relaxation, move for the sightseeing of Agra, the Taj Mahal, and Agra Fort. Later in the evening, visit the local markets of Agra and return to the hotel for your overnight stay.

Day5: Agra-Orcha via Gwalior

Today, on the 5th day of the itinerary, you are going to your next destination, Orcha, well known as the hidden gem of Madhya Pradesh. En route, visit the great fort of Gwalior and the Jai Villas Palace of the Scindia dynasty.On arrival, check into your hotel and resort, and the rest of the time is free to explore this beautiful little town on your own. Overnight stay in Orcha.

Day6: Orcha Sightseeing

Today, you can rest in between this busy itinerary or visit and explore the beautiful monuments and temples of Orcha. There are beautiful cenatophs in Orcha and some well-architected palaces. You can seek blessings at the Raja Ram Temple.The best way to explore this hidden gem is by walking, and you can also interact with the local people here for their cultural understanding.

Day7: Orcha-Khajurao

Today you will start your day with a healthy breakfast and be transferred to Khajuraho.On reaching there, check into the hotel. In the evening, you can enjoy a light and Sound show at the Khajuraho Group of Temples. Its temples are unique in India and are a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Overnight stay in a hotel.

Day8: Panna Jungle Safari and Khajuraho Sightseeing

Early in the morning, your prebooked jeep will pick you up from the hotel for the Panna Jungle Safari.One of the best tiger reserves in Madhya Pradesh has Diamond Mines. Return back to the hotel after the morning safari, take some rest, and after lunch, head to explore the Khajuraho Group of temples.

Day9: Khajuraho-Chitrakoot

Today morning, after breakfast, check out of the hotel and head towards Chitrakoot, a small spiritual town and the stoppage of Lord Rama during his 14-year exile. There are a few beautiful spots and peaceful temples and ashrams.

Day10: Explore Varanasi

Today, get up early in the morning, and after having your healthy breakfast, get ready for a drive to Varanasi. Varanasi, the oldest town in the world, is the Land of Shiva. You will find the Shiva Linga almost everywhere, near its spiritual and vibrant ghats. On reaching Varanasi, check into the hotel. Evening is free to explore the magical ghats of Varanasi and experience the divine evening Ganga Aarti.

Later on, return to your hotel for a night’s stay.

Day11: Varanasi-Sarnath-Varanasi

On this day of the tour, try to wake up early in the morning for a sunrise view on the banks of the Ganges. Varanasi is best in the early morning for meditation, or one can opt for a boat ride for the amazing view of Ghats and temples.

After breakfast, prepare yourself for a ride to Sarnath, the land connected to Buddha.It’s about 20 kilometres from Varanasi and has beautiful architecture with Buddha teachings. Return to your hotel by noon.

After lunch, explore Varanasi’s narrow streets and try their local cuisines, sweets, chaat, etc. One must taste Varansi Lassi.

Day12: Varanasi-Delhi By Flight

On the 12th day of the tour, you will be dropped off at Varanasi Airport to board your flight for your onward journey.
